Public health program planning is often contingent upon the availability of grant funding. We can work with you on planning your program to align with your grant funding request, such as by developing staffing models, financial scenarios, or by setting up processes to collect quality data. In other cases, programs are funded through a variety of other sources, for which we can also work with you to ensure evidence-based practices are implemented, ensure continuous quality improvement, and to set realistic program goals and objectives, which will ensure a culturally-competent program evaluation and progression toward improving the population health. HKA can also help you manage your existing programs effectively such as by implementing efficient operations or by development of policies and procedures.
